Ši politika taikoma visiems užsakymams, pateiktiems per kamok.lt internetinę parduotuvę.

Pristatymo grafikas

Užsakymai vykdomi du kartus per savaitę. Prekės pirmiausia gaunamos iš tiekėjo, po to išsiunčiamos pirkėjui:

• Užsakymai, pateikti iki pirmadienio 12:00 — prekės gaunamos antradienį ryte, išsiunčiamos antradienį vakare.
• Užsakymai, pateikti iki trečiadienio 12:00 — prekės gaunamos ketvirtadienį ryte, išsiunčiamos ketvirtadienį vakare.
• Užsakymai, pateikti po nurodyto laiko, bus apdoroti kitame siuntimo cikle.

Pastaba: pristatymo laikas skaičiuojamas nuo išsiuntimo momento, ne nuo užsakymo pateikimo.

Pristatymo zonos ir kainos

🇱🇹 Lietuva

Pristatymo laikas: 1–3 darbo dienos nuo išsiuntimo.

🇱🇻 Latvija ir 🇪🇪 Estija

Pristatymo laikas: 2–5 darbo dienos nuo išsiuntimo.

🇵🇱 Lenkija

Pristatymo laikas: 3–6 darbo dienos nuo išsiuntimo.

Printful prekės (spausdinimas pagal užsakymą)

Dalis mūsų asortimento (plakatai, drabužiai, aksesuarai ir kt.) gaminama ir siunčiama tiesiogiai per Printful — spausdinimo pagal užsakymą paslaugą. Šioms prekėms taikomi atskiri pristatymo terminai ir kainos:

• Gamybos laikas: 2–7 darbo dienos.
• Pristatymo laikas: 3–10 darbo dienų po gamybos, priklausomai nuo paskirties šalies.
• Pristatoma į daugiau nei 100 šalių visame pasaulyje.
• Tiksli pristatymo kaina nurodoma užsakymo metu.
• Printful prekės siunčiamos atskirai nuo kitų KamOk užsakymo prekių.

Siuntų sekimas (tracking)

Išsiuntus užsakymą, el. paštu gausite pranešimą su siuntos sekimo numeriu. Siuntą galite sekti tiesiogiai per vežėjo svetainę:

• Venipak
• DPD
• LP Express
• Omniva
• Smart Posti

Didelių gabaritų prekės

Prekių, sveriančių daugiau nei 30 kg arba turinčių didelius gabaritus (pvz., vonios baldai, dušo kabinos, radiatoriai), pristatymas derinamas individualiai. Po užsakymo pateikimo su jumis susisieksime ir suderinime pristatymo laiką bei vietą.

Tokių prekių pristatymas vykdomas iki durų (ne į butą ar aukštą). Jei reikalingas pakėlimas — praneškite iš anksto.

Jei siunta negauta arba pavėluota

• Jei siunta nepristatatyta per nurodytą laiką — pirmiausia patikrinkite sekimo numerį vežėjo svetainėje.
• Jei siunta rodoma kaip pristatyta, tačiau jos negavote — susisiekite su mumis per 3 darbo dienas.
• Prarastos siuntos atveju inicijuosime tyrimą su vežėju. Sprendimas pateikiamas per 14 darbo dienų.

Jei prekė gauta pažeista

• Gavę siuntą, prieš pasirašydami patikrinkite pakuotės būklę.
• Jei pakuotė pažeista — surašykite pažeidimo aktą su vežėju arba atsisakykite priimti siuntą.
• Apie pažeidimus informuokite mus per 24 valandas nuo gavimo, pridėdami nuotraukas.

Šventiniai laikotarpiai

Lietuvos valstybinių švenčių dienomis (Kalėdos, Naujieji metai, Joninės ir kt.) užsakymų apdorojimas ir pristatymas gali vėluoti. Apie galimus vėlavimus informuosime iš anksto el. paštu arba svetainėje.
