Delivery Policy

This policy applies to all orders placed through the kamok.lt online store.

Delivery Schedule

Orders are processed twice a week. Items are first received from the supplier, then dispatched to the buyer:

• Orders placed by Monday 12:00 PM — items are received on Tuesday morning, dispatched on Tuesday evening.
• Orders placed by Wednesday 12:00 PM — items are received on Thursday morning, dispatched on Thursday evening.
• Orders placed after the specified time will be processed in the next shipping cycle.

Note: delivery time is calculated from the moment of dispatch, not from the moment the order is placed.

Delivery Zones and Prices

🇱🇹 Lithuania

Delivery time: 1–3 business days from dispatch.

🇱🇻 Latvia and 🇪🇪 Estonia

Delivery time: 2–5 business days from dispatch.

🇵🇱 Poland

Delivery time: 3–6 business days from dispatch.

Printful products (print on demand)

Some of our assortment (posters, clothing, accessories, etc.) is manufactured and shipped directly via Printful — a print-on-demand service. Separate delivery terms and prices apply to these products:

• Production time: 2–7 business days.
• Delivery time: 3–10 business days after production, depending on the destination country.
• Delivered to over 100 countries worldwide.
• The exact delivery cost is specified at the time of order.
• Printful products are shipped separately from other KamOk order items.

Shipment tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier's website:

Large-sized goods

Delivery of goods weighing more than 30 kg or having large dimensions (e.g., bathroom furniture, shower cabins, radiators) is arranged individually. After placing the order, we will contact you to agree on the delivery time and location.

Delivery of such goods is carried out to the door (not into the apartment or upstairs). If lifting is required, please inform us in advance.

Non-standard cargo and delivery price clarification

In some cases, the delivery cost of an order may differ from the price indicated at the time of ordering — this may occur due to non-standard dimensions, weight, or special delivery conditions. In such cases:

• We will contact you before shipping the order and inform you about the exact delivery price.
• If the new price is not acceptable to you, you have the right to cancel the order. In this case, we will refund the full amount paid.
• The order will be shipped only after receiving your confirmation.

If the shipment is not received or delayed

• If the shipment is not delivered within the specified time, first check the tracking number on the carrier's website.
• If the shipment is shown as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 3 business days.
• In case of a lost shipment, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier. A resolution will be provided within 14 business days.

If the item is received damaged

• Upon receiving the shipment, before signing, check the condition of the packaging.
• If the packaging is damaged, draw up a damage report with the carrier or refuse to accept the shipment.
• Inform us of any damage within 24 hours of receipt, providing photographs.

Holiday periods

During Lithuanian public holidays (Christmas, New Year, St. John's Day, etc.), order processing and delivery may be delayed. We will inform you of any possible delays in advance via email or on the website.
